Returns & Refund Policy


Cancellations & Refunds 

For website purchased art, monicafineart.US will refund 100% of the purchase price for all un-shipped original or matted print paintings. If your order arrives damaged or has defects in any way, please contact Monica immediately 720.695.1888 or [email protected]  – I will make this right at no cost to you.  I ship my art with insurance to protect us both as shipping is the one thing completely outside both of our control.

For commissions, you are able to cancel your order without incurring any charges within the first 24 hours. If a cancellation request is received after 24hrs, the refund will depend on the following. (a) If Monica hasn’t started your painting, your order will be 100% refunded to you. (b) If your painting was started, including sketching workups, I will retain a 20% cancellation fee which would have been collected by advance payment. Monica is not trying to make this unfair but all commissions are custom hand made as per customer’s specification.

Returns (After Receipt)

I am committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt if you get a RMA # first (via email) and the returned art is postmarked, within 30 days of receipt. Refund is the purchase amount minus the material packing and the shipping costs and will be made once the returned art is received.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is also responsible for any and all return shipment costs. Email monica@monicafineart to obtain the return RMA for your order. Artwork (and if included frame) must be in original condition for a full refund.

After 30 days from date of delivery, all sales are final. Custom or commissioned art sales are final but I 100% guarantee my work. If you are not happy or something is wrong, please contact me immediately.

Please understand I take great pride in my art and want to do the right thing. Although reproduction print vendors will NOT accept any exchanges or refunds, I do accept returns on canvas reproductions. Also note I have to pay a transaction fees for all sales on my site and that is non-refundable. I DO NOT include any restocking fees for cancellations because I simply do not feel that is right. Good news for me, I have never had anyone ever return a piece of art, so this is all “just in case” and good information to spell out.
