Shipping & Delivery

 

Original paintings, canvas reproductions, or matted prints will arrive in perfect condition, GUARANTEED. I have shipped art worldwide for years to England, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Japan, Spain, US & Canada. If your order arrives damaged or has defects in any way, please contact Monica immediately 720.695.1888 or [email protected]  – I will make this right at no cost to you.

Shipping

Original paintings or matted prints are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Under normal circumstances, most orders of unframed originals, or matted prints ship out within 1-3 business days. However, to account for large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond my control, shipping and delivery are described differently.

Delivery

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery for originals or matted prints, and three weeks for delivery for canvas reproductions. All orders are packaged carefully for safe transport and shipped via USPS or UPS insured shipping. You will be provided with an estimated deliver date once your order is received. You will also receive a tracking number and my personal follow up to ensure your art arrived in perfect condition. As such, you may receive multiple emails or SMS text messages as to the order process. I carefully handle and hand-package your artwork myself to ensure each package has the best protection. All artwork is wrapped, then securely packed in a box. All artwork is fully insured for shipping.

Receiving

Your art is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT the package upon receipt before opening. If there is any damage, do not accept the package. If it was just dropped off. Take pictures of the box with any damage before opening it. If for any reason, your artwork shows up in other-than-perfect condition, contact me ASAP of receipt and I will work on the shipping insurance claim and getting a replacement sent, or arrange for return of an original to see if I can repair it.

Reproduction Canvas Products

All Monica’s Canvas reproduction work is printed at world-class printing labs located in the United States. All domestic orders for production and shipping take 2-3 weeks and International orders take 3-4 weeks.

Note on international orders – Most countries charge an import tax amount for art our labs. This is typically a percentage of the production cost and is put on every invoice for customs. Customs costs and import taxes are responsibility of the client and are not covered by Monica Fine Art. Contact Monica directly for shipping quotes outside the continental United States or Canada.
