Shipping Policy for Monica Fine Art

At Monica Fine Art, I make shipping and delivery simple and secure. Whether you purchase original paintings, canvas reproductions, or metal prints, your artwork will arrive in perfect condition, guaranteed. I have shipped fine art worldwide—to England, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Japan, Spain, Canada, and across the United States—with the same promise: if your order arrives damaged, I will make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Methods and Timing

I personally prepare each order and ship with care. Most unframed originals and matted prints ship within 1–3 business days via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes:

  • Original paintings & matted prints: up to 2 weeks

  • Canvas reproductions: up to 3 weeks

  • International canvas reproductions: 3–4 weeks

All artwork ships insured and includes a tracking number. You will also receive personal follow-up from Monica Fine Art to confirm your order’s safe arrival.

Delivery and Receiving

Every order from Monica Fine Art is hand-packaged for maximum protection: artwork is wrapped, securely boxed, and fully insured. When your order arrives:

  1. Inspect the package thoroughly before opening.

  2. If damaged, take photos and refuse delivery or document the damage immediately.

  3. Contact me right away at Monica@monicafineart.us or call 720-695-1888.

I will file the insurance claim and send a replacement or, in the case of an original, arrange safe return and possible repair.

Reproduction Canvas Products

All canvas reproduction products are printed at world-class fine art labs in the United States to ensure vibrant colors and durability.

  • Domestic orders: 2–3 weeks for production and shipping

  • International orders: 3–4 weeks

Please note: international shipments may include customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s laws and are the responsibility of the buyer.
